1. About RoofRefs
RoofRefs is a roofing contractor referral platform that connects homeowners seeking roofing services with local, verified contractors. RoofRefs does not itself perform any roofing work and is not a party to any contract between homeowners and contractors.
2. Homeowner Terms
By submitting a quote request, you agree to provide accurate information about your project. You understand that RoofRefs will share your project details (but not your personal contact information) with matched contractors. Your contact information is only shared when you explicitly approve a connection.
RoofRefs is free to use for homeowners. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your roofing project or the quality of work performed by contractors.
3. Contractor Terms
Contractors listed on RoofRefs agree to maintain accurate business information, uphold professional standards, and honor their licensing and insurance requirements. Contractors that receive a paid lead from RoofRefs agree to pay the applicable referral fee upon job completion.
RoofRefs reserves the right to remove any contractor from the platform for misrepresentation, poor customer outcomes, or violation of these terms.
4. Referral Fees
Contractors agree to a referral fee (currently $500 per completed job) for leads sourced through RoofRefs. Fees are invoiced after job completion and are due within 30 days of invoicing. RoofRefs reserves the right to update referral fee amounts with 30 days written notice to contractors.
5. Disclaimers
RoofRefs provides contractor listings and matching as an informational service. We do not verify every claim made by contractors and are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any roofing work. Homeowners should independently verify contractor credentials before hiring.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RoofRefs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
