Do I have to give my phone number?
No. You only provide your email address to receive your matches. Your phone number is never required — you control when and if contractors can reach you.
How does RoofRefs make money?
We charge contractors a referral fee only when they complete a job from a lead we sent them. Homeowners always use RoofRefs for free.
How are contractors vetted?
Every contractor in our directory must have a Google rating of 4.0 or higher with at least 5 reviews. We also track review recency — contractors with no recent activity are ranked lower. Premium listings require license and insurance verification.
What if I don't like any of my matches?
You're never obligated to contact anyone. You can also search the full contractor directory by ZIP code or state and request a quote from any contractor directly.
Can I contact more than one contractor?
Yes. We show you up to 5 matched contractors and you can request quotes from as many as you'd like.
